At Clear Minds Psychological Services, I provide comprehensive psychological assessments to understand neurodevelopment that may manifest as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disorders, and twice-exceptionality (2e), as well as to understand impacts of obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety, depressive symptoms, tic disorders, or trauma. I use this information with a strengths based approach for treatment planning. I also provide therapy to support individuals using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP), while utilizing accommodations for neurodevelopment differences.
